The Villa is independently fuelled by solar generated electricity (10 kiloWatts) to make your Tuscan stay even more eco-friendly.
The recent renovation of the Villa brought out the former glories of the villa with the addition of an elegant swimming pool, paved with genuine natural travertine (a limestone rock form) and filled with saltwater with a treatment system and electrolysis process certified by Culligan. What is more, up to three people at once can use the pleasant hydro-massage area and now there is the possibility (on guests’ request) to heat the swimming pool up to 28° Celsius when the temperature outside is at around 10° Celsius (extra service).
The pool is 12 meters long and 6 meters wide with depths from 1,10 meters to 1,60 meters. Next to the swimming pool there is a shower, foot-bath with hot water for rinsing traces of saltwater from the skin after bathing in the pool. Around the pool you can choose from deckchairs and sunbeds (even in the shade of a sun umbrella), tables and sun umbrellas for sunbathing, relaxing or reading
A large wooden veranda can be reached through the kitchen with a large table made of travertine stone and a dozen wrought iron chairs where one can gather at meal times or relax when you feel like reading, writing or playing.
Adjacent to the veranda a walled barbecue and a traditional firewood oven helps make the evenings unique, by organizing entertaining dinners with guests and, who knows, completing them with some tasting and sampling the typical local produce or with some taste workshops such as our famous Pizza Chef WorkShop.
The garden-park is extremely large (12.000 square meters) and is trimmed and gardened constantly and well protected by a fence guaranteeing privacy and safety, in particular for your children and pets.
And not forgetting the children: we have created a play area with swings and slides.
